The Agreement between the Clark County School District and the Office of Civil Rights requires that a hard copy of the 2022–2023 Clark County School District Athletic Information be provided to all Clark County School District students. The updated document must be posted to all school websites and be included in back-to-school information.

The principal must complete the Title IX Reporting Requirement Form survey to verify and acknowledge the completion of these tasks. 

Additionally, ensure the school’s athletic administrator is listed on the school’s website as the Title IX Athletics Coordinator.
